watched the car park from the porch i didn't think that it would fit but then the driver didn't quit crazy yellow light was filling up the sky it was raining, now it's steaming and i'm blinking back my eyes
2.
what nothing 01:53
i've been out of peanut butter for almost 15 days what's been going on man? how you fillin up your days? what? nothing, budding i've been doing fine nothing's different really, just haven't had the time i've been watching house plants slowly shrivel up and die you should really water them, they bring air into your life i guess you're right, but i've been doing fine i'm breathing better, blew the bead right past that line all i think about now is wanting to be kind really meant it when i said you could be fine
3.
o i hope i get hit on 76 where the roadway splits pretty close to my house it's fun to think about it's sick to think about i do it when i can guess i should just show myself out all my friends are leaving now guess i should just show myself out i know i know how
4.
come inside 01:52
is there someone i don't love living in my room? i am trapped up here and freezing i await the shitty moon there's a light on in the backyard a couple houses down bet the neighbor kids are sleeping, i am hanging on a noun i've done things i think about later just don't tell my lsat grader i'm an alright judge of character but my best guess sometimes sucks even my best guess sometimes sucks
5.
bridgegate 02:40
the bridge consumed by spirits i watch it as it floats no tolls in this direction the walkway's closed, the gate is low a man has bought the hillside to build a second home i watch my parents waving their smiles fade, i think they know i know i'm not that big but i feel big to me the bridge a hulking giant, the bridge is all i see i bought some orange goggles i thought they'd light the load i sip the murky water i take a breath and dive below
6.
i remember what i dreamt about it was you and me at my high school theater there were other people visiting they had come to town to watch the high school kids sing they were putting on "les mis" it was quite well done and very impressive but then the show went wrong and i was called upon to play jean valjean i pretended i could play the part but i let my friends down and the stage go dark will you tell me that i did alright? will you lie to me so i can sleep tonight? i just wanna let you love me like i know you wanna do but i made a fool of myself doin what i don't know how to i will perceive slight in half-light, on an otherwise lovely night and this dream i had about you turns the whole day gray and blue
7.
i did my taxes for free online i moved my car to the alternate side i watched your hand shake in the neon light that's what i did on saturday night and in the morning was i feeling fine? i made a smoothie and i sat outside i didn't think that this could happen to me i'm feeling good enough to brush my teeth i will love you always baby just don't look at me i am at the birthday party like i said i'd be i did my taxes for free online the refund came at an opportune time i didn't spend it, tried to squirrel it away for you and me and a sunny day i will love you always baby please don't look at me i am at the birthday party where i said i'd be
8.
i ate a madeleine at work it made me think of you did you ever hang that art up, like i wanted you to do? you've got a knack for hanging pictures on the wall like when i just saw the small thing, baby you could see it all i saw your grandpa buying short ribs here today but i didn't tell ya something told me not to say i used to like that i lived in your hometown but i sometimes see your family and it really brings me down when my hands are idle, it's you i want to dial you're still the only favorite in my phone
